Situated on a narrow, deep urban infill site, the project includes; the renovation of an existing 2-storey building. The storefront will act as a flexible multi-purpose space and the 2nd floor will provide residential accommodation plus living/dining, kitchen bathroom and a lounge.

A new 3-storey plus basement housing module will be constructed at the rear of the site and will contain 9 single room Occupancy Type Units plus ancillary spaces ranging from small seating lounges to larger living and dining areas. A landscaped courtyard will be located between these 2 area and both will be interconnected by a glazed stair/hallway link.
