A multi
phase expansion and reconstruction of an existing nursing
home. The project includes: replacing 67 "D" beds,
upgrading/replacing 28 "C" beds, adding 12 "A"
beds, adding 36 new assisted living units, interconnecting
the building to the adjacent independent living seniors' apartment,
adding office space, maintaining adequate parking, maintaining
existing residents on site throughout the construction and
renovation process.
This project is currently under construction.
