Phase II of a master-planned Aging-in-Place seniors complex. The building consists of two Independent Living towers with 100 suites, a shared podium housing 60 Assisted Living units, a 19-unit Memory Care wing and extensive amenities.

This latest addition to the Toronto District Christian High School aimed to modernize the School's main entry with a new atrium and student gathering space. Part of the design was a state-of-the art performance venue to augment the school's drama, art and music programs.

As part of the Ministry of Long-Term Care's Renewal Program, the 128 LTC beds in the existing Faith Manor facility were transferred to a brand new 5-storey Long-Term Care home. The new Faith Manor provides state-of-the art care to 160 residents. The project was carried out in two phases: Phase 1 was the construction of the new building and Phase 2 saw the renovation of the area connecting the new building to the rest of the Holland Christian Homes complex.
